In a large bowl stir together the white cheese, 3 eggs, yogurt and baking soda (the resulting mixture is your filling).
Coat the pan with cooking oil.
Place the pastry sheets one by one after coating each one with oil.
Place some filling between each pastry sheet until you are out of sheets.
Cut the pie into optional shapes – squares, rectangles, triangles or others.
Prepare the topping by stirring together the other two eggs with the sparkling water and pour the liquid evenly onto the pie.
Cut the butter into cubes and place it on top of the pie.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes depending on the specifics of your oven until golden brown.
Sprinkle the baked pie with water and cover it with a towel for about 10 minutes.
