Zlatna Tsaritsa wholegrain pastry sheets
In a large bowl stir together the white cheese, 3 eggs, yogurt, baking soda and 50 ml of cooking oil (the resulting mixture is your filling).
Coat the pan with cooking oil (approximately 20 ml).
Spread 1/5 of the filling on two pastry sheets and roll them loosely on a roll.
Place the rolls in the pan by turning them into a spiral starting from the center of the pan.
Take two new pastry sheets, spread filling on them and continue the spiral in the pan until you run out of sheets and fill up your pan.
Prepare the topping by mixing up the other two eggs with the sparkling water and pour it evenly onto the pie.
Cut the butter into cubes and place it on top of the pie.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes depending on the specifics of your oven until golden brown.
Sprinkle the baked pie with water and cover it with a towel for about 10 minutes.
